Ken Bublinec - President
Ken Bublinec has 32 years in residential and commercial construction, having owned his own commercial company, Trinity Contracting Group, since 2006, and worked in the industry for various other construction companies since 1991. Ken holds a Bachelor of Arts in Restaurant and Business Management from Bowling Green State University and is a registered general contractor. From 2012-2018, Ken served as the Campus Pastor of Church of the Open Door’s Avon Lake Campus and chaplain for the Avon Lake Police Department. Ken was born and raised in northeast Ohio and currently resides in Sheffield Lake with his wife, Cindy, and two dogs. They are “empty nesters,” but have three adult children: Amanda, Lea, and Jared. Jared is currently apprenticing with TCG Prete. |

Rick Machock - Project Manager
Rick has 43 years in construction, starting right after high school and learning various residential construction trades over the years. He has worked in supervisory and project management roles for more than 30 years. Rick and his wife, Diana, reside in Vermilion, Ohio where they raised their two adult children and now have the blessing of two grandchildren who live locally as well. Their two dogs are also a big part of their family. In his free time, Rick enjoys riding horses. Ed Wiliams - Project Manager
Ed has 48 years in construction, starting in high school at Lorain County Joint Vocational School. He went on to work at multiple construction companies as well on his own learning various residential and commercial construction trades over the years. He has worked in supervisory and project management roles for more than 30 years. Ed and his wife, Trina, have been married over 25 years and reside in Sheffield Lake, Ohio. In their free time, Ed and his wife enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends. |

Jenni Prete - Executive Assistant
Jenni has worked in the construction industry since 1997, in both the residential and commercial sectors, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Marketing from Ashland University. Jenni is passionate about supporting her community and served on the Erie Ottawa County Board of Mental Health and Drug Abuse from 1999-2001. She currently resides in Sandusky with her fiance, Craig, and dog, Meeka. |

Cindy Bublinec - Billing Department
Cindy has held administrative roles in the construction industry since 2005, and management and marketing positions in various industries prior to that. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Miami University. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends. Cindy currently lives in Sheffield Lake with husband, Ken, and two dogs. They have three adult children: Amanda, Lea, and Jared (who is currently apprenticing with TCG Prete). |
