New Construction - Renovation - Interior Build Out

1. ​​Email info@tcgprete.com with details of your commercial construction project including project summary, location, budget, and timeline. 
2. A member of TCG Prete’s staff will reach out to get more information and schedule a time for you to meet directly with Ken Bublinec, TCG’s President.
3. After this meeting, TCG Prete will provide a project budget and you will sign a Letter of Intent agreeing to the project terms.
4. Next, if you do not yet have drawings for your project, TCG Prete can connect you with an architect.
5. At this point, your budget will be finalized and you will sign a formal contract. Then construction begins!
